Saw some of Devean last night via satellite dish and he commits some of the silliest fouls around. He's always got this stupid grin on his face like "yeah, I did it but we can still win." Well Shaq left town and the Lakers are not going anywhere soon. I used to think Devean was just young, and he hit some big shots when the Lakers were winning and he was rewarded but now, he just looks like an overpriced piece of hardware. Sorry Laker fans.
He's been an overpriced piece of hardware since the Lakers re-signed him. I've never liked Devean George much, he plays with a lot of energy and looks great on some nights, but he gets out of control far too, often. He commits a lot of silly fouls and turnovers, and has been a momentum killer. Luke Walton will be a welcomed return from the injured list. Lakers look pretty good 3 games into the season. No one expected them to beat the Nuggets twice, and they had a chance to beat the Suns. They're getting a lot of quality minutes from their bench, and Smush has been amazing. If Kwame and/or Mihm come around the Lakers should have enough to get into the post season.
Devean George is the glue on this team. He is GREAT off the bench. LAKER HATER, STAY OUTTA OUR BOARDS
I am hardly a Laker hater. I have been rooting for you guys since Shaq joined only because I enjoyed watching the ball movement in the triangle offense. Smush has been unbelievable. Hope he can keep it up for you guys. Kobe, is looking MVP-ish.

Devean George does have a stupid grin..I'll give you that lol. Other than that his role is to come in and hit some timely three's...that's it. George should never have the ball in his hands unless he is on the giving end of a pick and roll, or spotting up for the trey. He does know the offense better than anyone on the team besides that guy # 8 who yes, is playing great.
From what I saw from the first Denver game, he has pretty good defense, and he still has a touch from outside. Can't remember if he commited any stupid fouls, but he and Melo went pretty hard at each other after Melo slapped George in the face when they were wrestling for a loose ball.
