Ford, who missed the entire 2004-05 season due to a spinal cord bruise, averaged 16.7 points, 10.3 assists and 5.7 rebounds in three games as the Bucks began 3-0 for the first time since 2001-02.

The 22-year-old Ford began his stellar week with a 16-point, 14-assist performance with nine rebounds in a 117-108 overtime victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Opening Night on Tuesday.

After scoring 21 points in a 110-96 win at New Jersey on Wednesday, Ford registered 13 points and 11 assists as the Bucks captured their home opener against the Miami Heat, 105-100, on Saturday.</div>

TJ's performance so far would give Saddam Hussein that warm, fuzzy feeling, so for us Bucks fans, it's all the better. [IMG] Let's hope TJ keeps it up, he's just been awesome so far.

He 100% deserves it. Who would have thought he'd come back this strong?

TJ Ford is making everyone forget about Mo Williams. I've always know how good a passer he is but this season Ford is attacking the basket strong and looks to have an improved outside J.

Very deserving this week, that opening night with numbers of 16/9/14 are Nash-like.

We haven't forgotten Mo....he's been a key player on the court with TJ a lot of the time

Definitely-he's been great for us off the bench. He's not the defender that TJ is, but it puts less of a defensive burden on him now that he's coming off the bench, and he's scoring very well in spurts for us, giving us a ton of energy. Our backcourt is really playing great ball right now, and we've hardly even had to rely on Charlie Bell, who has also played well in limitted time.

At the start of preseason, Mo Williams had been projected as the starting point guard, but now he is backing Ford up. He's not obsolete and you don't hear much talk about him anymore.

I just checked up the stats though and it looks as if he has been amazing so far. 15/4 in just 24 minutes a game and shooting 7/10 from three. It's just crazy how deep this Bucks' backcourt is looking now.
