Where has this kid been? 17.8 ppg, 60% from the field, 40% from 3 pt range. And he does consistently for the entire game....oh and 3 steals per game along with nearly 4 assists! I am starting to love this guy. Lets just hope he can go for the whole season...[IMG]

Smush had a poor outing against Minnesota yesterday. I think Phil tried to experiment by changing his game plan to see how Smush plays without shooting the ball a lot and be more involved in passing, but the Lakers lost the game because he wasn't aggressive.

He needs to play a key role and try to be the 3rd leading scorer in the team if the Lakers are to make it to the playoffs.

Not counting the game in Minnesota, I hope Smush can keep up the same pace.
Counting the game in Minnesota, I hope this is not a sign that he was just on a roll...

13 pts, 3 assists, 3 steals [IMG] , not on the roll he is consistent, and i think he is goign to really step up throught the season and help Kobe lead the team, if everything goes right for the lakers they should have a good 1-2-3 punch with Parker-Kobe-Odom. Whats good for parker is that he is bigger then average PGs and with lakers playing Lamar at point forward he gets to match up against undersized players, and takes advantage.
