Right now I am about to do a draft in like a hour. I have the 3rd pick and I was wondering who I should get? Marion or Bryant?

This depends on how you want to build your team. I am a Marion fan, but if you take him make sure you get some explosive scorers in the second and third rounds. If you take Bryant, make up for it by taking blockers and rebounds in the mid to late rounds. Have fun.

Example; If you take Marion in the first, take Redd in the second.

If you take Bryant in the first, Take Big Ben in the Third.

I'd take Marion. Kobe is playing like a traditional SG i.e. looking to score and is not looking to passing very often. It's not like there is anything wrong with that because that's what a SG is suppose to do, but in the fantasy world, that's not too good. Granted he is scoring the ball very well and shooting a very high percentage is amazing, but the fact that he doesn't pass too often and still get over three turnovers is a backbreaker.

Marion on the other hand will get you 20+ points and 11+ rebounds a night and at the same time shoot a high percentage, get a couple blocks here and there and every now and then will knock down a couple treys for ya. Not to mention, he does average 2 SPG, I'm not sure not too sure on that one, but I'm sure that he just makes the 2 SPG mark.

Even though Kobe's my favorite player, I would choose Marion because he's better at rebounding, blocks, FG percentage, TO ratio, 3 point%, steals than Kobe. And now that Amare is gone for a while, he's the go to guy on the team and will score more points.

Kobe is the man, but in fantasy land Marion helps you better in more categories. I'd go with Marion. KG is better then them both in Fantasy though!

Marion is da better fantasy pick here,he gets lots of pionts, boards, good fg %.Can make the 3 ball, gets a good amount of steals and blocks,so he is just the all around player. On some fantasy sites u have seen,he is ranked number 1 if not 2 or 3

Good for you, but "style of play" is not a category in fantasy basketball.

I know that your draft is over, but I would have chosen Kobe. Marion is going to get you a lot of stats......until Amare comes back. That's good, because Marion can help you get out to an early lead in your league for at least the first half of the year. I guarantee that all of his stats will drop significantly once Amare is there to grab boards and score.

I would have chosen Kobe simply because he is selfish. Skilled selfish players are
great in fantasy ball. His percentages aren't as great as Marion's, but you have to keep in mind that Marion is a forward while Kobe is a guard.
