I made this since Maverick hasnt got around to it. MAVS VS BOB CATS PREVIEW <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Mavericks may be without Nowitzki when they visit Bobcats Buy Tickets | 2005-06 Stats at a Glance Dallas (2-2) at Charlotte (2-3), 7:30 pm EST CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Ticker) -- The Dallas Mavericks are wondering if superstar Dirk Nowitzki will be on the court when they visit the feisty Charlotte Bobcats on Friday. A four-time All-Star, Nowitzki left the game in the second quarter of Wednesday's 112-97 loss to Philadelphia with a strained back. The durable German has missed only 17 games in the past four seasons combined. Keith Van Horn, who picked up most of Nowitzki's minutes, collected 19 points and 13 rebounds in the loss, which also saw backup guard Devin Harris leave the game because of a sprained left ankle. After going above .500 for the first time in franchise history, the Bobcats have lost their last two contests. On Wednesday, Charlotte dropped a 95-86 contest against defending champion San Antonio. The Bobcats had seven players reach double figures, led by Gerald Wallace's 15 points. Wallace also added three steals and two blocked shots. Dallas won both contests against Charlotte last season. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2005-06 Stats at a Glance @ News | Players | Stats | Schedule News | Players | Stats | Schedule Dallas Mavericks Record: 2 - 2 (.500) Standings: Fourth, Southwest At Home: 1 - 0 At Road: 1 - 2 Streak: L 1 Charlotte Bobcats Record: 2 - 3 (.400) Standings: Third, Southeast At Home: 1 - 2 At Road: 1 - 1 Streak: L 2 Season PPG: 98.3 Opp PPG: 99.3 FG%: .451 Opp FG%: .450 RPG: 43.3 Opp RPG: 45.8 Season PPG: 99.8 Opp PPG: 99.2 FG%: .412 Opp FG%: .450 RPG: 45.0 Opp RPG: 43.6 Back to Top Player G PPG RPG APG Nowitzki, D 4 23.0 7.8 1.5 Terry, J 4 15.8 2.5 4.5 Howard, J 4 14.0 7.8 2.5 Van Horn, K 4 13.5 8.8 1.3 Harris, D 4 9.8 1.3 1.0 Daniels, M 4 9.3 3.3 1.3 Dampier, E 4 6.3 6.5 0.8 Christie, D 4 4.0 2.3 2.3 Armstrong, D 3 2.3 1.0 1.7 Diop, D 4 1.0 2.5 0.0 Head Coach: Avery Johnson Player G PPG RPG APG Wallace, G 5 16.2 6.2 2.2 Okafor, E 5 15.0 10.6 1.8 Knight, B 5 12.4 3.4 7.6 Brezec, P 5 10.4 5.0 1.2 Ely, M 5 9.6 6.8 1.0 Bogans, K 3 8.3 3.3 2.3 Rush, K 3 7.3 3.3 1.7 May, S 5 7.2 3.8 0.4 Carroll, M 5 7.2 0.6 0.6 Felton, R 5 7.0 1.6 3.6 Jones, J 5 5.4 3.0 0.2 Head Coach: Bernie Bickerstaff</div> I personaly think the mavs are in trouble if Dirk and Harris are out because the Bobcats have been playing good latley.
We got the win in this one. Who would have expected both our injured players would score 20 points. Diop is a blocking Machine.
Hey dude, it's greatly appreciated that you made this. I have exams, so i'm going to need help from everyone around here, posting a lil extra 10 point win, good to see that Dirk and Harris are both fine! 16 rebounds is a top effort for Dirk. Nice to see Diop with a big game 6 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks in only 25 minutes, thats great for a backup Devin Harris, with his 2nd 20 point game this season, impressive.
