<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Caron Butler, Wizards: As you?ve seen in the two games turned in by Butler this season (he missed two others with a thigh bruise), he hasn?t missed a beat because of the address change. He?s averaging 15 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists, which is par for Butler?s course. Though he?s coming off the bench right now, he will start at some point this season, at which point he?ll combine with Gilbert Arenas and Antawn Jamison to form one of the league?s best Big Threes. Kwame Brown, Lakers: New contract. New address. New coach. Same old Kwame. In five games, he?s averaging 6.8 points and 6.4 rebounds in 28 minutes. Sounds a lot like his career numbers of 7.7 points and 5.5 rebounds in 23 minutes. Sadly, I have never used the word "career" so loosely. </div> NBA.com

Yah, I mean Kwame's still getting used to the offense and has been in foul trouble a lot, and I think he got 13 points and 10 rebounds last game against the Timberwolves.
Other way, Im pretty sure he had 10 and 13, but thats still good. Im dissapointed to see Kwame struggling but I think it wont be for long, if he can grasp the Triangle he should be alright and with Jabbar in to help him work on his game he should be much better when he's playing 30 MPG than he was last year.
I believe it was actually 10 pts and 13 rbnds, not the other way around like you had it. But nevertheless, you guys are both right. It's still far to early in the sesason to speculate whether this trade is going to work out for us. Right now, Kwame is still learning to play within the triangle, and he still has a lot of time left to play this year before you can write him off completely. Beyond that, Odom and Smush need to look for him more often early in the game, that way he doesn't become disinterested. I really think that's the key to his success this year is getting him involved early in the game, and giving him him shots then. That way, he has built up his confidence and will be looking to get more touches later in the game because of that. So far, they haven't been looking to him very often up until the other night, and he had his best game of the year. So, I think, if they can do that, he'll play better throughout the year.
about kwame. he played a ridiculous game against the sixers... he was completely useless and made careless turnovers and was very shaky offensively bad decision making. He needs to get his confidence higher, and focus so he wont be considered a flop
