There was a rumour before Carter got traded that Hornets wanted Vinsanity for Baron Davis however..Babcock rejected this trade as he thought "Davis is unhealthy" and would not have been able to play with us Now if you guys could go back---would you guys have traded VC for BD?
Who wouldn't have? If VC had to go it would've been better to trade him for BD than those guys you got.
It's passed, their's no need to live in that past, let's move one, but... Baron still has health issues though. The tradeoff would be Baron or Eric Williams, Aaron Williams, Graham, and 1st round pick next year. So really, Joey Graham, and the pick we get next year, EDub and ADub aren't really impact players in any way.
no what i would have done, is told vince "hey look...this is all we're getting offered for you. your stock has dropped...we need you to go out, and play the way you're capable of playing (like how he's played as a net" and once your stock rises, we'll get trade you". we basically got joey graham for vince. eric and aaron williams havnt contributed. this deal still pisses me off, so im trying to forget about it. good job babcock...this deal is the beginning of what could destroy the franchise but on the subject of the trade itself...i wouldnt have done it...baron is just too injury prone. the though of trading an injury plagued guard who shoots too much for another one doesnt appeal to me this was already discussed when the trade was mentioned back a year ago. why are we discussing it again?

If u brought this up, why not just bring up the Allen for Carter trade too... But whatever.. This has already been discussed plenty of times..
