Wow, I don't think I've seen a team defense less suited to run and gun than this Rockets squad. Are they tired or something? They just aren't running well. They aren't blitzing the long shots, and they aren't keeping pace.

Paul Pierce sure looks excited about this game. And the Rockets aren't hitting the boards well either.

    Go Celts.

    The push

I would like to ask all of the users on this board and readers of this thread to donate to a new help organization named Operation: Extinguish Flamehead aka Keep Scalabrine On The Bench. Anything you can give will be helpful...including prayers for Banks and Allen to get healthy and that some team will be dumb enough to want to trade for this waste of skin. Seriously, my grandmother has more skills than this guy and she's dead! I'd GLADLY take Stromile Swift...I wanted to get that kid in green since he was in high school. I'd like to see Kendrick Perkins in this game instead of Scalabrine right now. One.

Nice pass by Orien Greene! Looked like Cousy threaded the needle out there! One.

Nice game. I was able to watch at the bar out to dinner with my pops, Lafrentz looked great and I was overall just impressed with the Celtics team as a whole. The Celtics played nice D and forced a lot of turnovers, something essential for a breaking team. (Especially Ricky Davis's 5 steals WOW)

Great win especially coming off a 22 point loss.

Great up tempo game, glad to see they still have some life in them after that loss to the Spurs. This game was in total favor of the Celtics, they had control from the start. Raef had a killer night, those 3 point shots were getting out of hand. I still don't see why Houston continued to leave him all alone over there. The most upsetting part of the game, was the fact that Doc didn't leave him in there to get his career high in points [IMG] Just about everyone on the team had a great night. Pierce, realized you don't have to score 30 points to be affective. Ricky hustled big time and played some good defense. Blount had a good game, and for the most part didn't allow Yao to get in a rhythm. Even Dickau performed well. It was a nice win!

Man, LaFrentz knocks down seven treys? Amazing. Too bad he only exploded for 5 second half point after scoring 27 first half points. He should have gone for 40. I wish I heard Tommy call that game btw, I'm sure he said some of the most craziest typcial Tommy like lines.

    "Raef is my hero!"

    "Raef for President!"

    or

    "I LOVE RAEFFFF!!!"

Great game by the C's overall.
