I remember reading in a Serbian newspaper before the Webber trade that he was interested in joining the Bulls. I think it would be good for both Peja and the Kings.

    I hope it happens

let him walk after the season. Sign Al Harrington in the offseason. Problem solved. Please make it happen Petrie.

You guys can keep Peja. I don't want him on the Bulls. He adds nothing that the Bulls don't already have. So what if he can shoot. That's what Hinrich and Gordon are for. And to give up both Deng and Noc, no way. That's losing way too much.

I agree with Moo, I'd take Deng and The Noisy Noci, over Peja. I would like to see Peja on the other hand with a team like Orlando, who doesnt have offense but a Howard and Peja combo is definitly dangerous.

That translates into "Peja wants more money from the Maloofs."

Peja is still one of the best shooters in the league, and plenty of teams could use his touch from the outside. There isn't going to be many teams with cap space next summer and I don't think the Kings are going to let him walk for nothing in return. I think they'll get involved in a sign and trade with a team. The Kings will likely only deal with an Eastern team, and Indiana has always been a fan of Peja. They have the defensive players to protect him, and they could use his shooting since Reggie Miller has retired. The Pacers have a lot of athletic players to offer, and the expiring contracts of Croshere and Bender.

Yea, but why would Sac take Croshere, a decent role player, and Bender an injury plagued player for one of the top 3 shooters in the league?

    For their expiring contracts.

Any team who ends up with Peja gets the added benefit of seeing his wife at the games...

Whatever team he goes to is going to have to work harder just so he can get a free open shot. Sac should get rid of him, for someone with more intensity if they want to have better seasons to come.
