Douglas and Ritchie among roster cuts

    Former Starting Eagles Fullback Jon Ritchie and Lockeroom leader Hugh "Hitman" Douglass have both been cut so the eagles could trim down their roster. Personally I think holding ono Douglas would have been a good idea just for his leadership abillities.

    douglas always is a threat for 6 or 7 sacks a year, and his leadership is huge so they should have kept him

    ...Two Pro Bowl type players...geesh, Douglas would have probably asked for less money just to stay on the team, they need him for leadership...

    They released Hugh? Thats surprising... they couldve used him.
