Yo guys after watching LA coming back home with 1-3 on the road i ask myself what would be ur starting line up???I don?t have the opportnuity to watch many LAkers games but my starting line up looks like this (according to stats): C- Mihm(loser but who else??) PF- Odom SF-Georg SG-Bryant PG-Smush K.Brown the worst thing which could happen to LA!!!He?s like Brian grant he can?t shoot can?t nothing! That leads to my question is there a possibility to trade this lazy lossssser???
At least Kwame Brown is only costing us $25 million TOTAL and not $19 million PER SEASON....I've been watching Brian grant for years, and I don't know what the hell he ever did to earn that kind of contract...
I'd still keep Kwame in the first five. He just needs to learn to finish in traffic. And my god is he strong. Did you see that Denver game when Kwame got called for a foul pinning down Camby (who's no shrimp) with one armpit? And he acted as if he was innocent...LOL.

Here's a starting lineup I'd like to see the Lakers experiment with. PG - Profit (6'5) SG - Kobe (6'6) SF - Odom (6'10) PF - Mihm (7'0) C - Bynum (7'0) Here's why... Kobe and Profit seem to have a great chemistry when they are on the court together. Defensively, they cover each other well, and I think Profit can take some of the pressure off Odom in running the offense and making decisions with the basketball. Profit is a better shooter than Smush, and still has the ability to create off the dribble. I like what Smush has done with the team defensively, but he's a liability on offense. I'd rather have him coming off the bench and playing alongside Walton and McKie. This way, he's taken out of the decision making again with Walton and McKie running the offense. Chris Mihm has played better since PJax complained about the way he's being treated by the officials. Still I think he's not a true center and is more effective playing PF. He's money at shooting the sideline jumpshots, and is better as a weakside shotblocker, instead of anchoring the middle. He can spread the defense better from the 4 spot and clear out the middle for Kobe to get more touches inside. Right now defenses are just clogging the middle and daring Odom or Smush to shoot from the perimeter. You take Kwame off the court and replace him with Mihm at he 4 and put Profit at the 1, and you'll see defenses respect the perimeter game more. Bynum gets the start because he's the only big man with a back to the basket game right now. I think he can do the dirty work on the inside for the Lakers and will hustle out there. Bynum doesn't mind banging inside, and his wingspan is insane at 7'6. He'll be able to alter and block shots by just sticking his arms up. Right now Kwame is only getting the Lakers 6/6 in 28 MPG, I think Bynum could produce a lot better with the same amount of playing time.
Yeah I want to see Bynum start- the one time I saw Bynum play be pulled down 2 boards in a minute. I know your thinking Whoo-hoo but I was impressed that a skinny barely 18 year old Rookie could come in and do that. His scoring needs work but I'd be willing to watch him biff lay ups and learn. Mihm ain't learning he's a vet. As for profit, he's too herky jerky, I'm uncomfortable whenever he has the ball, though he always seems to score...
At first I would try Odom Kobe Walton Kwame Bynum Odom is slow as hell, but he has good ball handling skills. He may have to settle for passing rather than scoring. Then i would try Walton Kobe Odom Kwame Mihm If Walton's passing is really as good as people projecting it out to be, then having him as a distributing PG would be interesting to see. I think he is fast, for a forward he is quick. enough to keep up with many PG's but not the elites and with his height he will have the size advantage. As far as trades go, they need a motivated rebounder who can score. I swear Kwame and Mihm act like they are afraid of the ball on the defensive boards.
Trade Proposal Hey guys tell me what ya think! Lakers Trade Krappy Brown + Lamar Odom + 3 1st round draft and Cash for Minnesota's Kevin Garnett + Troy Hudson New Laker Lineup: Smush Parker Kobe Bryant Devean George Kevin Garnett Chris Mihm I just dont see Lamar Odom fitting in Phil Jasckson's triangle. He's not the type. And Devean George in Injury free and is playing good B-ball. Bringing KG to LA will definetely bring back showtime and perhaps rings. And Hudson would be a great reserve for fan favorite Smush Parker. Will minnesota accept this? And why wont mitch atleast propose?
The Timberwolves will have to be desperate to trade him. Minnesota is going to have to have a bad year in order to see Garnett go anywhere. Garnett should demand a trade.
I really hate..HATE the lakers big men Lamar Odom, Kwame Brown, Chris Mihm they are so bad its pathetic. The Gaurds feed them the ball downlow pretty much on a silver platter...yet they cant even catch or finish the ball. As for Lamar Odom all that guy does it take 3's.. I just dont like the way they play..trade all of em if possible!
LO is good, what you talking bout? He leads the team in rebounds, assists, and is 2nd in scoring. This past few nights Mihm has been scoring a lot also. Brown on the other hand.......... DUMB TRADE BY KUPCHAK LOOK AT CARON IN WASHINGTON!
LO is good, but he needs to be great. He needs to play aggressive the entire game, like he did late in the 4th quarter last night. The LO who is in attack mode and calling his own number is the player the Lakers need. He needs to stop coasting in the game and get some fire in his game. If he likes passing the ball and being unselfish, great, but do that after you've drawn the defense over. He needs stop shooting threes and he has to become a better defender. He's only averaging 14.8 points per game, that's not good enough for the second option on this team. He needs to get his scoring up to 20+ a game. He's so reluctant to shoot the ball it's frustrating to watch. Also his FT shooting has been terrible the past few games. He was shooting 85% early on, now he's down to 69%. Chris Mihm is playing much better, and Kwame has been our best defender down low. Kwame is good at man to man and defending the pick and roll. He just needs to learn how to box out and be more intense on the glass. Kwame's offense is terrible so far, now he's injured with a hamstring, which will set back his learning once again. The player I really cannot stand is Brian Cook. Don't let his jumpshot fool you, everytime he gets in the game the Lakers fall apart. He is one of the worst defenders in game, and has no clue out there.
