I wouldn't because it looks like you'll need Yao Ming because Amare and Shaq are injured right now, so I wouldn't except it.
You can move Okafor to center, try to get him to add a center. AI and Brand are both awesome, but so is Artest, Yao is somewhat up there, and Redd is good. It's a tough one, if you can get a decent center or a decent third player in the deal, then do it. You might be giving a bit too much, I haven't checked the stats for some of these guys..
