I don't mind the rumours of a new GM as ong as whoever comes in maintains(to some degree) the salary situation that Babcock has established. I am looking forward to resigning Bosh and the next year having our salary open to alot of oppurtunity

Having such rumors can keep Babcock in check, but it could also backfire, such as when Grunwald totally forsook the salary situations and brought in Rose and Marshall, in hopes of temporary gain. Let's hope Babcock will keep his cool and use such rumors to his advantage as a spark to light his fire.

I'm going to go out on a limb right now and say that's not even possible. I'm willing to bet Embry and MLSE have a chain around Babcocks neck and are basically approving all the moves he's making.

I agree with you completely. Babcock has established a great situation for the Raps, but it still does not make-up for his bad moves (Carter trade, drafting Araujo). If the Raps can get a great GM, possibly an ex-NBA player that has a lot of basketball IQ, someone that isn't afraid to make moves, but someone who can maintain order (unlike Isaiah who keeps on piling up contracts). As far as changes are concerned in the Raps organization, it definitely has to start with the top people.

hes done a great job with denver, but im gettin sick of the constant change at the staff level, i say we leave babcock and go for the executive chain and fire peddie, it will do the leafs alot better also
