Definately debatable, and much too early to tell, but I think he's on his way to have an amazing season. MIP worthy? I think so. Currently second in assists, 2 steals a game which gets him 9th in steals. It's hard to expect him to score much, but 13.6, on a team loaded with offensive weapons and talent, is definately respectable. He's technically a third year players, even though it's his second season. Still I feel he deserves it with his numbers. All in all, without T.J. they'd be a lot worse off, even though they still have 'Mo. Your thoughts?
I agree, if he keeps this up he'd have to be a candidate, but wouldn't he be in be the Comeback Player of the Year award in his case? If I remember correctly didn't Grant Hill win that last year? Technically he'd get that award, but he'd definitely be my vote for MIP if he keeps this up.
It's really too early to be having this debate, as there's always the danger that he could re-injure himself, or just have problems with consistency and his game. However, if he is able to keep up his current level of play, he absolutely should get the award. He's been the spark plug on one of the more surprising teams in the league so ar, and if the Bucks make the playoffs, he will deserve a ton of credit.
is there an award for comeback player of the year? im pretty sure he is going to win that... as for MIP, the season is still young but he is up there for sure...

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say will. Anyway, assuming he stays healthy, and keeps this pace up, do you think he deserves both come back player of the year, and MIP?
As of now, yes, TJ should definitely be the frontrunner for MIP...he's given the Bucks an identity with his style of play...
In my opinion he shouldnt be eligible for most-improved because we don't know what he woulda done last year. He is certainly a candidate for Comeback player of the year but I wouldnt classify him as "improved" just healthy.
