Why would the Heat front office (namely Pat Riley) want to play the young guys more, but then be willing to trade Dorell Wright when he indeed is one of those young guys? Am I the only one who thinks this doesn't make any sense?

Again, probably because of the stupid writers at RealGM. Anyways, I'm definitely up for trading Bowen or Norris for him, but its quite obvious the Heat won't be willing to do something like that.

No way in hell the HEat would give up Wright for those players. Bowen makes sense, though we need to sweeten the deal with someone else.
