no wonder everywhere marbury goes, no playoffs for his team.. but the knicks need him right now unless we can trade him for another great PG who can score and make his teamates better
Thats just words of hate. Who's KT40 in the West. I dont even hear about him anymore. TT is a bum and pretty soon he'll diss duhon, gordon, hinrich, etc just because theyre gonna cut him. TT doesnt even play so how does he get the ball. Glad KT is happy because the knicks drafted a younger and more athletic player than him. We can all agree Frye has better moves in the paint and a better mid range jumper.
Kurt was great during his time in NY but he needs to move on. He's on Phoenix with Nash coming off the bench. Any player being traded will always have bad feelings towards the team they left. Steph just seems to be the lightning rod for these guys. It sounds like sour grapes. I just hope all these things change steph and motivate him more to be a leader.
These comments should be the least of Marbury's worries. Granted while Marbury has been known around the L as a ball hog, these are two guys that have problems with their own game they should be worring about.
IMO Marbury is misunderstood. I think he wants to win and would pass a lot more if he wasn't the best scorer on his team. Obviously he's a good scorer so you don't want to see that part of his game go to waste as was earlier in the Knicks season. The Knicks need to bring in another Guard that has ability to make plays and score. That way him and Marbury can share the PG roles and switch whenever one is hot and the other is not.

Which is why Brown is now putting Nate, JC and Steph at the same time... it may not work for long stretches but over time I think it can work out. We'll se.
KT is nothing more then a role player. At times he played his role good and at times he didnt. I think his head got a little big in his last seasons with NY. He wasnt anything special but since we had no other talent he was used a lot more in the offense. If he thinks he can carry a team then hes buggin. He's like Haslem a good role player and nothing more. He will eventually realize this especially in PHX.
Wasn't all of Kurt Thomas' scoring production from Marbury? They had this thing on 82games a couple of months ago and it said out of any player in the NBA, Kurt was the most reliant upon a player for his scoring production. Marbury and him had problems in New York, so it wouldn't surprise that he would say something like this. Since Thomas doesn't play for the Knicks anymore, it shouldn't really matter what he thinks and definitely not what Tim Thomas thinks.
