<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Kensaku:</div><div class="quote_post">No player in the NBA, regardless of position or style they play, should "get in the way" of another player. In this scenario, Foyle should have the presence of mind to clear the lane but also get in position to grab the offensive rebound. When a player gets position in the post to score, typically, any smart player would not "get in the way." </div> Foyle is what he is, unfortunately.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Buckets:</div><div class="quote_post">I like Ike as well, and I didnt like anyone but B-Diddy on the Warriors before they drafted him.</div> Thanks... I guess.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting custodianrules2:</div><div class="quote_post">Foyle is what he is, unfortunately.</div> Yeah, but my point is, even Foyle doesn't "get in the way." Or, am I wrong? I've never seen him positioned so poorly that he has literally gotten in the way of his teammates.

The guy clogs up the lane and the worst part is sometimes he's not ready to even catch the pass. It's something Foyle has worked on but it's like one of the reasons we went with a crazy lineup of Cliff Robinson at center last season. And I like Clif Robinson's passing and post defense and veteran smarts, but the dude can't rebound or won't challenge too many shots like Foyle will. Cliff, however, was a much more aware player on the floor off the ball. I'm just nitpicking, though. I think I'm picking on the fact that Foyle will make an offensive play harder than it really is. He'll take the unecessary dribble and he can't score with his left hand. I guess I shouldn't complain because Jrich was missing layups and a dunk.

I thought you were talking about Foyle being in the lane when another player is trying to score (with the ball in his hands) in the lane and literally 'getting in the way.'
