11.30.05 Game Preview: Chicago Bulls @ New York Knicks

It sucks being in ireland this semester i can't see any of these games but from what I read from you guys skiles is confusing me more than ever. I know he has his way of doing things but stuff like being so stubborn and putting sweetney into the starting lineup when he deserved to be(earlier in the season obviously) and still not putting deng in the starting rotation as well as having pike noc and songalia all in late in the game when we needed points is driving me nuts.

 

Huge win by the knicks. They beat a so called playoff team tonight without their star Center. Crawford and the knicks turned it up in the 4th by shutting down Ben and Hinrich. Chandler fouled out with 0 points and Crawford/Frye had another good game. Hopefully, they bring the same excitement to the pistons game. BTW, did u see that Ariza dunk on Nocioni and how Jamal almost made Ben fall with his crossover.

I understand that your team hasn't been good in ages so you get excited out of a regular season win, but why don't you stick to your own forum

I'll tell you why he doesn't stick to the Knicks forum. It's because no one bothers to post there because they've all given up on the team. That doesn't really supprise me though, I'd be ashamed too if I was a Knicks fan.

1st off, you should be happy Curry was injured, you probably would of lost if he played.

^^ fatality u stole all of my material, but yeah when was the last time you won a title and you say u're talking about our one period where we won 6 titles those 6 titles place us third all-time in nba titles. We have young players because we don't have stupid GM's that trade all draft picks away.

and.... i'm proud of you that you saw your knicks in the title game in '99 it's been whole year less since i saw my bulls in the finals(winning) in '98

Curry scores points while adding horrible defense and horrible rebounding for a center to the table. The Bulls have had one good era, which I witnessed. You have witness zero Knicks championships.

I agree. i dont understand why the knicks fans are angry towards the bulls? They got a killer deal. Their team beat us and now they want to rub it in our face like they won a playoff game.

But GL to the bulls tonight we play Boston. and im sure after the boston game bitter knicks fans will attack us. If they dont make the playoffs next year they will be almost as angry as the toronto fans.

Curry has shown better rebounding skills and Defense early in the season.
12/7 in 24 minutes is pretty good. However, he does need to stay in the game and stop committing fouls. Add to the fact that he's only 23. Your last sentence makes no sense. Everyone probably witnessed those ships there were 8 years ago. Your talking with high schoolers not kindergardeners buddy.

I am not angry toward the bulls. If u read the post I never targeted the bulls or any posters. And i also said please bulls fans dont get involved in this post but u did. That means you cant read. I never rubbed the win in anybody's face before i was threatened. I just stated gamenotes and good plays. Your bulls dont have a better chance than the knicks since they have taken a step back. I can name alot of teams that can make it over the bulls. Just because you guys made the playoffs last year doesnt mean your an elite team now. Bottom line is that this game is over. Knicks won and thats it. You cant change that. Until the next rematch. PEACE

What I have noticed from you in this thread “ GotSkillz” is that your theory “ If we beat them where better” is only true when it holds true in your favor. You also completely ignored “I-Miss-MJ” when he pointed that out. I will admit the Knicks are not as bad a team as some people make them out to be, but you can ask 90% of Knicks fans if they think there team is doing well right now, and they will say no. While on the other hand you will make excuses for them such as injuries, road games, etc. All NBA teams go through that at a certain point in the year so it really is a weak point. The Bulls are currently having several road games in a row as well.

You can say something along the lines that you feel the Knicks might be better at he end of the year. However, you can not say that they are currently better because they have played more road games, and have had injuries. You can say that they would be better if they did not go through those things, but even then you have nothing to support your statement, but your opinion. At the end of the day you can not say that a team who is under .500, and who’s coach has said he hopes to simple finish the year with a even record, is better than a team who is a playoff contender, despite what you might think, and is over .500 . You won a game though so congratulations now concentrate on the other 60 something you still have to play this year.

First of all i didnt take any frustration out <font color="blue"><strike>idiot</strike></font>. How many times do I have to tell you? Go back to my first post and i just stated the game facts and a few key plays. BabyBulls couldnt take it so he started it. NO1 is claiming success. I never said the Knicks are playoff contenders like you guys are claiming because of one season. Im talking about one game. The Knicks beat the Bulls and thats what I said. I never dissed the Bulls before i was dissed. How can you say a team is better when the team just beat the Bulls. Its confusing. What was the whole point of the game then?

First of all, I dont care who dissed you. Dont come in the bulls furum and trash talk chicago and not exspect some retaliation remember where you are before you say something.

Secondly 1 game doesnt prove who is the better team, it's the record. We beat the spurs but are we a better team? NO! The spurs have the best record in the NBA. The same for the bulls. Chicago is better because they have more wins than losses the knicks have twice as many losses as wins. Do the math. If it will make you feel better go to the atlanta and the toronto boards and bragg how ny is better then them.
