    I have only seen Diogu play only a few minutes but I think he is my new favorite player.[​IMG]

    Ike has the best attributes of Adonal Foyle and Troy Murphy and a low post game. I love it. We finally have a true inside-outside type game.

    I hope Fisher knows now to feed the ball inside before he starts shooting. I hate his in transition 3's. It's such a stupid shot to take. Shot selection man! The ball goes in, and then it goes out.

    He's just not any post player, but he's a guy that can pass too as a result of being a smart player and being doubled a lot. Some post players ballhog it to death like Jermaine O'neil, Zach Randolph.

    One of the things I complain about Murphy is that he doesn't pass the ball much. It's automatically going up. Ike will at least look to play the high post game and dump it in to any cutters going to the hoop. Also Ike can play either side of the basket because he can score equally well with his off hand.

    I agree that too much 3's can sink a team as they get used to them, but now with Diogu available we have a new dimension of being able to throw it to the low post and then work it from there. A great great draft by Mully.

    Yeah, I think confidence has alot to do with what he does on the floor. If he misses a few easy shots then he will probably pass the ball any time he gets it after that, but if he makes a shot or two hes going to shoot anything within 10 feet of the basket.

    I thought Ike was Montgomery's pick.

    Anyway, yeah we need a true inside/outside game and we need the ball to move that way as well. Inside and outside, back and forth.

    Calm down. There is a lot of basketball left to be played. We looked ok in the first half. The defense was not quite there, but there were more good defensive plays than lapses...

    Well, Monty really wanted Diogu for sure, as well as Fisher last season. But, ultimate responsibility goes to Mullin since he has the final say. So far, Diogu has been great with us...

    It is nice to be on the right side of the rebound stats so far, if it keeps up we might be able to offset our 3 point shooting percentage.

    I have been saying for the longest time, I dont care who our center is on the court (Damp or Foyle) they should touch the ball every time down the court in a half court set. It keeps them interested in playing. When you just ignore them they play less hard in all aspects. Look at Foyle down low. He is passing, rebounding, playing defense. All because IMO he is getting some touches. He is even scoring on the low block...
