And Memphis is another team with big guys who attack the glass agressively. Pau and Lorenzon will be crashing the offensive boards every time possible, it's important for everyone on the team to box out and bring in the extra effort if we want a chance at getting the win. - Strong Finish: Considering we could have easily been 4-1 in our last 5 games, this team has to elarn how to hold on to their lead and have the killer instinct to finish off teams who are better than them. Specially at home, the Raps must play at the same level all game long and focus more in the last few minutes to get a second win in 16 games. We can not afford another collapse. We must learn from our mistakes. - Bench Production:The bench, Jalen and Charlie specifically, have to provide extra scoring and find a way to get out of their slumps. Memphis is a considerably deep team, and if the bench guys can not put the ball in the bucket when they come in, it's very likely we'll be trailing by a large margin by half time. Prediction: The Raps have to win. They just have to stop the bleeding. Too many hearbreakers. Either a win for the Raps or they get blown out. And I'm going with a Raptors win. </div>
i just noticed you put a mavericks logo, instead of grizzlies... other than that, i have a good feeling raps are going to win tonite, and Rose will have a great game *crosses fingers*
goddamnit, looks like the chances of the fans getting free pizza is very slim...ehhh ehhh...start booing now...boo for pizza!
lol this sucks raptors are gonna loose this i bet you we'll come back by 5 points in the 4th and than we'll get blown out lolll meh--here comes rudy gay
i give up before the season started and raptors were listed as "last" in all the power-ranking i was like not evennn r we gonna be last n now its just really dissapointing.. Rose was really mad abt today he only had 12 minutes n got like 2 points
guys i might be wrong but i really don't see mitchelle or even babcokc lasting the year if they do then i would be really surprised
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting youn6-1:</div><div class="quote_post">guys i might be wrong but i really don't see mitchelle or even babcokc lasting the year if they do then i would be really surprised</div> I hope your right .. i don't know who is still going to have faith still in this franchise after this year the way things are going ..
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting a13x:</div><div class="quote_post">I hope your right .. i don't know who is still going to have faith still in this franchise after this year the way things are going ..</div> I will. Honestly, how many people expect a rebuilding team to win? It took a very long time for Chi town to start winning, I don't see why you think we should be any different.
The only good we can take out of this season, is that it has cleansed the franchise of any leftover VC groupies and bandwogoners and left the team with its devoted, knowledgable fans.
this is starting to get embarassing one way to look at this...we can only improve from here right? when it rains it pours, but the storm cant last forever. there really is light at the end of the tunnel. im sure there are more cliche's that are applicable here lol
Embarrassing. Scoring 66 points all game at home while giving up over 90 at home is nothing but embarrassing. The Grizzlies wanted the win more, and they took over from the get-go.
This game just bored me, I started watching Nets vs Pistons and Clippers vs Cavs [ahh!!]. I don't really know what to say, we just didn't come to play.

We could be the clippers or the Hawks ... lots of draft picks .. not lots of success Clippers especially had lots of tallent on their teams and never did anything with it for a long time. Now before someone goes "look at LA this year" please note that the clippers have played 10 years of below .500 basketball to get to where they are now...
The clips made very bad picks. Look at Kaman, or Wilcox. The only good pick they seemed to make was Livingston. I believe our players will turn out a lot better then Kaman and Wilcox, becuase some of them already are.
what!? kaman is a great pick. i wish the raps had him at center. he can rebound and he's got a half decent post game. he's not a bad pick at all. he hustles and blocks shots...id LOVE to have kaman. in a couple of years he's gonna turn out to be a great center imo
Considering you had; Hinrich, Ford, Sweetney (who has all-star potential, imo), Pietrus, Ridnour, Diaw, Outlaw, Barbosa, and Josh Howard and Mo Williams. Those people are/will be better then Kaman in my opinion.
never said that better players werent available in that draft...all i said is that kaman isnt a bad pick, since he's a skilled big man. again...he can rebound, block and has a decent low post game. best of all young. is captain kirk a better player? absolutely...kaman isnt a bad pick though
All I'm saying is, there are a lot better players then Kaman, in my opinion. And if the clips really wanted a big, they could easily trade Kirk for someone much better.
