How about Mavs and Kings, they always play each other in close games and they're always good to watch.

I'd have to say Spurs/Pistons and Lakers/Heat. Lakers and Heat because it seems that the media has taken a conflict between two players and turned it into a team rivalry or possible a rivalry between Shaq and Kobe. Even thought their roles are completely different.

When ever they talk about the game you never hear Wade's name which is surprising seeing as that he is the MVP of the team. That just goes to show you that "rivalry" is just really a fued between two great players and nothing more. Like said, both teams are at completly different positions as where they stand as a franchise. Spurs and Pistosn on the other hand while they play in different conferences they mirror each other very well, and that series they had in the Finals was just amazing. And even when they are not playing each other media is hyping it up to see who will get 20 wins first. By near the end of the season I'm sure there will be a race to see who gets the better record.

Nothing would make me think the Pacers would've won if Shaq stayed in that game. The other loss was a 4 game road trip in 5 days with the loss being the 4th game which was probably a very tired Heat team.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting durvasa:</div><div class="quote_post">And how well would the Heat have done without Wade, but with Shaq?</div> We don't know yet for this season. Last season he teared it up without Shaq in the postseason, but that was against the Wizards and Nets. If you watch Heat games you will see that the team is much better offensively when they run the ball through Shaq. He didn't come 2nd in MVP voting for nothing. Since Rileies return every time Shaq is in the game the ball is going through him and it is working very well. With this philosophy Rilies only loss came against the Cavs the Heats last game on a 4 game road trip in 5 days.
