UNC has a 12 point lead at halftime 44-32. Reyshawn Terry has a career high 16 pts already but UK has done a nice job on everyone else. If the defesne doesn't get their crap together, then this could get ugly... It's now obvious that UK is not a top 10 team...
You can't let UNC get out early or they will start thinking they can win. They got the new talent, and it's very good, but they haven't learned how to win quite yet. UK must be missing alot of easy looks.
Almost lost it at the end. UNC was sloppy, and they needed to slow it down. Inexperience. The Heels came out great, they weren't scared, and didn't turn the ball over. This is a better team then I thought. They hung with Illinois, and will most likely beat UK today. Hansbrough has had an off day, though.
Wow...this is gonna be a very long year. We gotta get some production from someone in the paint or we'll get beat a lot. Tubby really pissed me off on a few occasions- like when UK came out on a 7-0 run and he then takes out Rekalin Sims for no apparent reason. He played Sheray "turnover" Thomas way too much... Oh well, UNC wanted it WAY MORE today...

Also I definitely think UNC should get some love, they hung with Illinois and now they beat Kentucky on their home floor. It's obvious that UK needs a low post player...
I say you'll get your wish, because I can almost bet on it that UNC will be ranked Monday in espn's poll. I don't think they should be ranked, mostly because I believe UK is vastly overrated and really doesn't deserve to be rated in the top 10. I can say one thing though: UNC will do better than the experts think. I still can't believe they're projected to finish 6th in the ACC, especially with Roy Williams as the coach; his young guys showed swagger and toughness on both sides of the ball today. Oh well, it's still early in the season and I hope this was just a wakeup call for the Cats.
It's tough to win a road game in the ACC no matter who you are. If you come out at .700 or better it's a very good year provided you have a couple of decent nonconference wins. We knew the Heels have a system and brought in great players, but it just didn't make sense to put them above Duke, Wake, NCState, BC; and FL State, Clemson, Miami and Va. Tech are all looking good. Virginia is regrouping but that is one tough place to win. Almost as bad as LittleJohn in Clemson or Cameron in Durham.
