<div class="quote_poster">Quoting PlaTsanity:</div><div class="quote_post">noo thats too much</div> I wasn't even serious as it doesn't work cap wise, however, we're only giving up Hoffa in this trade as far as the fututre is concerned. It's pretty obvious that Mike James is going to opt out at the end of the year, and Williams won't be back next year. So really, giving up Hoffa for Louis Williams and Steven Hunter doesn't sound bad, does it?! Anyways, Billy King ain't that drug addict.
I don't know who the Sixers could give us that fits with the 2007 plan. Or who benefits us. Kevin Ollie doesn't make too much sense. The Raptors maybe looking to deal for the expiring contract of Jamaal Mashburn but the only two players that would fit that scenario are Morris Peterson and Alvin Williams. With Morris Peterson, they should look for a 1st and/or 2nd round draft pick, and with Alvin they should be looking for a 2nd round prospect. Either way I don't know how good this trade is for the Raptors. :/ (Unless we are looking for a lot of good draft picks)
man, just give them eric williams for free... i dont like him, toronto doesnt like him... he makes toronto look so...how do i put this in a nice way...so ugly.
what about e.williams and pape sow for hunter? (i wish!) id much rather see the raps take nailon over salmons... Nailons a vet who can score...underrated...

He's second in scoring and first in rebounding in the NBDL and he plays with hustle and intensity. I think that him and Hoffa as a tandem in the post aren't all bad. You play Hof against the more deliberate thugs, play Sow against the more athletic big men and pray for rain when you play Shaq Have fun......
I wouldn't add Hoffa just yet, I still have hope...he's doing ok enough for someone to pat him on the butt.
