I really appreciate JRich's contributions and his improvements. He used to be a swinging turnstile on D, now he at least stays in from of his man pretty well and challenges shots. His rebounding has improved as has his movement off the ball.

JRich did not complain when it was time for him to reup and that said a lot about his commitment.

Nevertheless, Baron is the indispensable part.

Baron is undeniably indispensable, which is probably why he got player of the week before anyone else. He's been up there with delivering the Steve Nash number of assists. We're a team where the guards set the tone so if we can't dish out assists to fuel the rest of the players, something's not working right. We're lucky to have Baron Davis distribute the ball and do other things like play defense. Baron's defense has been good but if you watch him he'll try to gamble for steals quite a bit. Then he gets plain beat and looks pretty bad on D.
