The reason we won the last two games is beauce everyone contributed in some way, and we're going to need that from everyone to have a chance at win in DC. <font face=""Comic Sans MS"">- Rebounding:</font> We don't have a bright history with the 'Zards as far as rebounding is conrenced. They have owned us on the glass multiple times in the last few years and with a front court of Haywood and Jamison, the Raptors' front court must box out on every play to try and preven the Washington bigs from getting to the glass. <font face=""Comic Sans MS"">- Great Start:</font> MCI Centre has been one of the toughest places for the Raptors to win, historicaly speaking. A great start will be a crucial key to carrying the momentum into tonight's game. Must come out agressive and assertive like we did the last two games and we can not afford to get down early. <font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size="6">.......</font></font></div>
OT!!!! yay, what a great shot... we gotta win this. Jose with the triple double????? cast him as an all-star ppl sign him on!
Not a surprise. Keep it close...keep it close...then get completely shut down in the final minutes. It's a broken record now.
well its over we lost..however we played strong and kept close the whole game Mitchell went crazy near the end of the game but honestly he was right..that was a foul we should have won this game but overall: nice effort
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting P.A.P.:</div><div class="quote_post">Why is Matt Bonner playing in OT??? Hayes is exposing him...</div> exactly, the bonner at the three experiment has failed miserably yet the moron (mitchell) decides to try it out again in overtime.
Close game, I still don't understand Mitchell at times, but he did take Bonner out when we had to defend in the final possesion in regulation. Arenas was just too much, he did what he's been doing for a while now, hit big shots.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Bobcats:</div><div class="quote_post">Toronto will keep it close and lose it at the end. Washington by 7.</div> you are close man...really close
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting hohoyoyoyo:</div><div class="quote_post">you are close man...really close</div> that 7 is the mitchell difference, if we had a competent coach we could have at least had 5 more wins.
probably however, i still think defence is the problem for toronto i believe in 90%+ of the games, opponents shoot higher than 45% if not 50% that's got to change
sorry..forgot to add... i don't know if you guys noticed, but almost every time toronto plays, that 3rd/4th/5th scoring option from the opposing team goes on fire Like tonight...hayes has like 20 pts and jared jeffries got double double usually those guys score single digits, and i believe hayes burned toronto up tonight with his 3s again, no defence kills the team
