<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">MIAMI ? As Shaquille O'Neal moves closer to a return, Jason Williams isn't moving at all.

While O'Neal continued his push toward a comeback with a vigorous session at Friday morning's shootaround, Williams sat out Friday night's game against Denver with tendinitis in his right knee.

Williams had been limited primarily to jump shots in recent games, with his run of games with double-digit points ending at 11 with nine in Wednesday's 98-84 loss in San Antonio.

The veteran point guard was injured in the Nov. 15 home victory against the Hornets and then missed the following two games, against the 76ers and Raptors. Gary Payton started in his place.

Unlike Williams, O'Neal took a full turn at Friday morning's practice and the massive center could return as early as Sunday's home game against Washington. He has been sidelined by a sprained right ankle since the Nov. 3 home opener.

"We went pretty hard, and he moved through it pretty well, did all the drilling," coach Stan Van Gundy said. "He had some soreness and doesn't have great explosiveness, he doesn't feel, pushing off. He's still big, I noticed that."</div>

I am still looking forward to the Heats proejected startling line-up of Shaq, Haslem, Posey, Wade, and Williams............. I think without any key injuries this Heat team will start to tear it up.
