Sorry guys really sick today so was unable to do the preview. This is a big game, redemption night for the Bulls. This rivalry is still in it?s early stages, but games usually are intense. This game can go either way, but I will predict a Bulls victory.
CLose game with 4 left in the 3rd. I believe there was a Tim Thomas sighting on the court. Gordon still not playing. And Chandler playing very little.
84 all start of the 4th. gonna be tight, hopefully we can get off to a good start in the 4th. A definate must win game (and payback).
arenas is dropping 40's on the bulls, the bulls got all 5 starters in double digits and the wizards also got 5 players in double digits, and by the way when will gordon come back??? i think if he would have played this game, he could have the bulls a lot offensively
i honestly dont know how we won this game. Wizards flew out of the gates in the 4th, leading by as much as 12. woulda been a great game to watch.

In the first meeting between the teams since last season's first-round playoff series that was won by the Wizards in six games, it looked like the Bulls again would fall short. The Wizards used a 17-2 run to start the fourth quarter, capped at the 7:02 mark by two free throws by Arenas - who scored 42 points - to open their biggest lead at 102-86. However, the Bulls were able to rally all the way back and did so in impressive fashion, reeling off a closing 16-0 surge over the final 2:49. Songaila, a gritty forward who adds an interior presence off the bench, scored six points in decisive burst, including a jump hook with 35 seconds to go that gave the Bulls a 114-111 lead. Luol Deng had given the Bulls the lead for good with a reverse layup with 1:12 seconds left. Arenas fell one point shy of his season high but disappeared down the stretch like the rest of his teammates. Washington went the final 4:07 without a basket and was held scoreless over the final 3:06. Arenas made 11-of-22 shots and 16-of-20 free throws. However, the offensive-minded point guard also committed nine turnovers. Chris Duhon scored 24 points and Deng had 21 and 12 rebounds for the Bulls, who led by as many as 14 points in the first half. Antawn Jamison, Brendan Haywood and Caron Butler added 16 points each for the Wizards, who have gone just 3-9 and since a 5-1 start. </div> <font size=""1""><div align="center"> Recap l Box Score l Standings</div></font> Ah, the return of the ugly retro jerseys I personally wish we could wear those jerseys Jordan wore when he first came to the Bulls. As far as the game goes nice win overall I did not get to see even the game by game statistics due to the fact I was in the bath room throwing up everything I ate today, but any time you beat a team like the Wizards it is a nice win.
Looks like it was an ugly game but a win's a win. Some impressive numbers from Hinrich, Duhon, and Deng. I hope Gordon can come back soon and I hope Chandler gets better. So far he hasn't been worth this contract at all, though I know it's early in the season.
