The Lakers are not getting Kwame Brown involved and I don't blame them. Kwame has recieved very little passes. They are committing way too many fouls and the Mavs are just hitting shot after shot. Defense is sloppy and offense is pressured and forced. They are playing panic basketball.
Wow Kwame is 6-6 with 12 pts. I am impressed with his performance, especially is offense in the post. Kobe must of shook Magic Johnson's hand before the game because that 3-pointer from about 3 feet behind the arc with 0 left on the shot clock was pure magic.

Alright the Lakers are 11-10 tied with Denver for 8th seed. They can do it!
I'm glad they got the win. But damn Kobe still shot under 50% scoring 43 points. But hey they got the big win on the road. Chuuuch
Huge win for the Lakers. The refs in this game were definitely "bizarre" for both teams. It was like watching a free throw contest for a majority of the game. So many missed calls, I'm just glad the Lakers played through it and stole one tonight. Props to Kwame Brown tonight. He was big off the bench for the Lakers, and his teammates did a nice job of getting him the ball when he sealed off his man. He also was active on defense and was the physical presence on the inside for the Lakers. He also had some nice dishes himself working within the Triangle. 4-1 on a tough road trip, you have to love it!
Speaking of the refs, I was listening to this NBA podcast on Itunes and they all agree the refs aren't really making the best calls. They mentioned a game with Jazz vs Utah and each team had 19 fouls equal. So that's 38 fouls for that game. They also mentioned Danny Fortson getting 4 personal fouls in 2 minutes as soon as he came off the bench for Seattle. They called it some sort of conspiracy, but the refs need to ease off that whistle. The more they blow the whistle, the more boring it gets to watch.
