<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">That's also the last time the Hawks won at home and then won on the road in back-to-back games.

"It really doesn't matter what team is on the schedule next," Hawks co-captain Al Harrington said. "This is more about us than it is about the guys in the other uniforms. We've got to find our own rhythm before we go worrying about anything else. And just playing well isn't enough. We've got to find a way to get on a roll here, and not just [winning] two in a row but like four or five in a row.

"If we do that, especially now that we're into the second month of the season, then we can talk about really making some moves."

If by making moves Harrington means the Hawks might put the past tumultuous two months behind them, his teammates agree that now would be the right time.

"We've got to get some momentum going right now," second-year forward Josh Smith said. "We can't waste any more time if we want to do what we all think we can do."

It's been nearly two months since backup Hawks center Jason Collier died from complications from an enlarged heart. And just last week there was talk of Hawks coach Mike Woodson's job being in jeopardy.

The Hawks piled up losing streaks of nine and seven games before securing their third win of the season, so there hasn't been much to get excited about. But if the vibe in the locker room after practice Monday is any indication, this group just might be on the verge of finally coming together.

"I've been in this league a long time and it always surprises me how much better the atmosphere is after a win compared to a loss," backup Hawks point guard Tyronn Lue said after a playful wrestling match among all but a couple of players who were still on the practice court. "Our mood has been pretty upbeat most of the season, even with all the drama we've been through. But winning games tops everything.

"People on the street show you love, everybody's smiling, and you don't even mind the traffic [in Atlanta] when you're winning games. The Gatorade even tastes better when you're winning games."

The schedule won't be kind to the Hawks, though. They'll follow up tonight's game against the Cavs with a Wednesday night game at Philadelphia, and then return to Philips Arena for games against New York (Friday) and Denver (Sunday) before hitting the road again next week to take on Miami.

"Like I said, it doesn't matter who we're playing," Harrington said. "It's about us. We've got to take control of our own situation." </div>

Yea, Cleveland and SA, back-to-back? That's pretty impressive for such a young team...can anyone tell me what's been the key to their recent success?
