<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">OKLAHOMA CITY ? It wasn't surprising that Shaun Livingston appeared out of sync Wednesday night in a 102-89 loss to the New Orleans Hornets.

The second-year point guard sat out the first 21 games because of a stress reaction in his lower back, so the Clippers didn't expect much in his season debut.

Livingston acknowledged he was anxious in a five-point, four-rebound effort that reminded him of how much he had missed.

"It's going to take me some time to get my timing and rhythm back," Livingston said. "That won't come overnight, but that wasn't an excuse for how I played tonight.

"I was just too excited the first half. I was too lackadaisical at the start of the second half. I found my rhythm a little bit at the end, but by that time I had pretty much made some crucial mistakes."</div>

He definately has to work himself back in, but he will definately help the team defensively, and with his playmaking ability.

6'7 175? I wouldn't be surprised if TJ Ford posted him up a couple times.

Livingston is 190 lbs right now, still not very big, but TJ definately can't post him up.

Livingston showed what I've been bragging about all year that he could do. 10 assists, 1 turnover, 4 rebounds, 6 points in the game. His jumper looked improved, he's showing the composure he has, and his ability to find people.

When this team is fully healthy, wow, opposing teams better be scared.

On another note, Wilcox actually looked impressive defensively and on the glass today, and him and Livingston work very well on the pick and roll.

More like Kidd than Nash because I don't ever see him being the kind of shooter Nash is. Plays the pick and roll about as well as either of them can, can pass from the post due to his height, and has courtvision like the best of them. I still see him as more of a better passing, less scoring, young Penny.
