This game will be a dog fight. The last time these teams met, the Saints humiliated the Giants in the Superdome 45-7, not to mention Joe Horn's cell phone stunt. While the time before that the Giants won 21-13 on Sept. 30th, the first game played in New York after the Sept 11th tragedy. Now that the Saints have a city to play for and the Giants are looking to get the Saints back for their last meeting, this should be a HUGE dog fight. The Giants are in my eyes a team on the verge. They have a solid defense that was plagued with injuries last year and a potentially young QB that has the bloodline of a HOFer. Not to mention an elite RB, Barber, who showed last season he shouldn't be overlooked and a young TE, Shockey, who has been bitten by the injury bug the last couple of seasons, but has shown some promise of returning to normal form. Oh yeah, and the addition of Plaxico Burress. Man this team could be potent in many ways. Now the Saints have always been the team with all the potential, but of course they have issues with an inconsistant QB and a underachieved defense. The Saints have seen flashes of promise in Aaron Brooks, but the consitancy is not there. Their RB was among the top 5 in the beginning of 2004, but fell due to injuries and a sub par O line. Joe Horn has been a threat to many teams and Donte' Stallworth has shown signs of playing like he did his rookie season. Ernie Conwell is looking to be the presence that was missed in the 2004 season and the defense has improved tremendously since the beginning of last season, but hte Saints are inconsistant and that remains the big ????????. Both of these teams want to advance to 2-0, but only one will emerge. This should be a game to watch. Again, a dog fight.
im gonna go with the giants. I think Eli will come out and have a huge game. But i wouldnt count the saints out, i think mckenzie is gonna have a huge game. Is Ernie Conwell playing, because i thought he broke his jaw?

Its all going t be who takes the momentum in half 2. The main matchup in myeyes is Tiki Barber vs your run Defense Stephen davis did alright vs you guys but he is a total opposite of teh Barber-Jacobs combination. MAN I CANT WAIT!
the Barber Jacobs combo is a great thing for the Giants, it kind of reminds me of the Martin/Jordan combo the Jets had for the last few years. A two rb system with different styles always works out for the teams advantage. Lookat the Chiefs with Priest and Johnson
Wooooooooaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hear Strahan might be out, anyone can confirm that.
