It would be funny if he outscored the entire Mavs team by himself.

I want him to beat Jordans record of 69. IM not sure if Pjax will keep him in that long though. We'll just see. I wish I could have watched this live!!!!!

Don't know if anyone on earth could guard Kobe today. He was just on fire. Dallas didn't seem to have the energy tonight either. Everyone looked flat and slow.

Kobe has now dropped 105 on you guys in two games this season. That's a 52.5 avg against you. I think you guys need to learn how to defend him, otherwise Avery Johnson might have an aneurism or something on the sideline and just collapse into a coma, seeing as how he lives for defense.

    Thanx Moo.

Okay, Maverick fans we got our butt's handed to us by the Lakers....I mean Kobe, but we have to shake this off. Theirs a difference between teams who are in the race for the playoffs, and who are trying to contend for a title.

We lost today but we have to remember that a 50 point loss is just the same as a 2 point loss. It's one loss. Detroit was on a roll winning 8 in a row, than get destroyed by 30 by us. But they still hold the best record in the league and dont even think about that loss. It will be tough but we just have to shake this loss off and Move on.

Yea, just wanted to tell you all how smart you all were with your "let kobe score" strat. Since it worked so well against.... Steve Nash mr MVP, it had to work against Kobe...Bryant.. I was wrong, Kobe didnt score 50 tonight... he scored....well does it matter? Kobe pretty much owned us tonight by himself. Colorado style. Good game Kobe, bad game Lakers.

Dallas played stupid all night. On offense they couldn't figure out what they wanted to do and did too many isos. They also were a turnover machine and gave the lakers (Kobe) many fastbreak points. They refused to hustle back after making a mistake and Kobe made them pay. Also Josh Howard needs to watch more tape on how to use his length to an advantage. He doesn't need to get in Kobe's grill to be effective defense since he is long. He should watch Prince guard Kobe in the Finals a couple years back. Anyways this game should be forgotten since every team has a few of these games a year.

hahaha, this is so funny, not just because Kobe beat you guys, but all you Mavs fans are forgetting one thing.

"Good game Kobe, bad game Lakers"

oh really? I'm guessing you forgot the defense the LAKER TEAM was playing that was shutting down your whole offense, while we let Kobe just ride you guys, face the facts, this was not a lucky win, we are the only team to hand you 2 losses the past 10 games? Give us credit, for ONCE.

I hope I didn't come off as a jackass, but admit it, Kobe single-handedly broke down your whole team on defense and even on offense.

However, I still holds Mavs way up there as one of the best teams in the NBA, whenever I make sports bets, I'm always betting the Mavs to win (but of course not when they play the Lakers) =] Hell, if it wasn't for Dirk owning the Magic in overtime a few days ago, I would have not won my $220/$4400 7 team parlay, so Mavs are still one of my favs =)

Let me be the first to admit that, I'm not a Kobe Bryant fan.....in fact you could probably call me a Kobe hater.......with that being said I can't deny the man's greatnest..........62 points in 3 quarters is almost God like.
