i admit nuggets are my favorite team, but their not so smart at picking people to trade i think carmelo might not sign with them when he's in the free agent pool
To be perfectly frank, it might not be the worst thing to happen to the organization. Carmelo is slowly but surely casting his lot in as a better support player than a centerpiece, and the way he plays in Denver has shown us that won't be accepting that whole in the Mile High City any time soon. He has played selfish ball, and twice tried to submarine coaches, and his personality weighes heavily on the minds of fans, management, and ownership. They may well not even offer a qualifier when he's ready to leave town. That said, his fans are many and vocal, so his leaving town would surely cause a bit of a rift between Vandeweghe and the folks coming out to the Pepsi Center every week. It's a touchy situation that is going to be like walking on eggshells to fix. Hopefully, 'Melo won't be too tremendously upset about landing in a different location, or he'll make the Nugget's lives more difficult.
