This matchup kind of scares me. We should be able to pass on them, but I am really worried about Rudi Johnson. He could run wild with Cowart out this Sunday.
I'm not as worried about Rudi Johnson...he's a strong inside runner which is also where we are strong defensively. My hope is that the defense will be able to confuse the Bengals. My only worry is that we used all of our defensive tricks in Game 1. Throwing in the 3-4 defense definitely threw Tampa. Offensively there is no telling what is going to happen. I, unlike many fans, am very worried about the offensive line. Everyone is blaming the offensive problems on losing Moss. This is absolutely stupid. Even if we had Moss, Culpepper wouldn't have had enough time to get the ball to Moss. The line looks like it is going to be just as bad next week. McKinney will be suffering a sore leg and the rest of the line is not set. Rosenthal is probably our best player at this point, which doesn't say much. If the Bengals get anything going with a pass rush we are going to be in serious trouble...
Losing Birk for the season was huge, too. It made an already suspect O-line even worse. What is it with the NFC North this year? Chicago might have the best offensive line in the division!
I have a feeling that the winner of the NFC North is gonna have a 6-9 record. The NFC North is just horrible... Not one team in this divison has a good offense line.
My best hope is that as a former offensive line coach (and one of the best at that) Mike Tice can fix up that line. The man made Birk into the pro-bowl center that he is, maybe he'll be able to work some magic with this ragtag band of largemen.

Errrr the North will get on track. Week 1 for god sakes. I think the Packers,Vikings are still the two best and the Lions the up and comer. Chicago will probably upset someone and cause chaos down the road.
Yeah I sure hope so, looks like both the Vikes and the Packers need some damn glue to stick those O-linemen together.
the bears have a ok o line the packers are the ones who lost ppl not any one else the lions well i dunno and the vikings o line is ok
US BENGALS WILL COME RUMBLING THROUGH!!!...vikings dude...u think i'm not worried? rofl. Your D is scary...all i know is that our D rele has to step up...espically the D Line...if they do, im sorry but we win. WHODEY BENGALS
after seeing the Vikes last week i wouldnt be surprised at all to see the Bengals win this game, infact i picked them to win it in the predictions thing we have.
I hope the Bengals win, the Vikings defense looks really solid up front, so I'm lookg for Palmer to pick apart the secondary... but can he is the question. I think the Vikings o-line is in too much trouble, and the lack of big play recievers, and a dominate back makes me think it is a very winable game for the bengals, but have we finally gotten over the hump to win the games it looks close but we have a slight edge, who knows Prediction, bengals 27 vikings 20
WTF vikes? im glad palmer is doing great. I have 73 fanstay points at halftime as of the 1st games for all my players
