Does anyone know if the Pacers have said how soon they will trade Artest? I would love to do this trade (I would be the one receiving Artest), but really it depends on what team he goes to. I wouldn't mind having Artest on my bench for a couple weeks either, I'm over in all positions (except C) in the maximum games played. I'll lose a lot of threes, but gain points, rebounds, steals, etc.
I'd certainly do it. Specially if you're deep enough to replace Korver for a couple of weeks or so. I expect Artest's numbers to go back to they used to be, unless he gets traded to a stacked team (Pistons, Spurs, Heat). I'd do it bro, the reward is higher than the risk.
^ Yup, exactly right, this would be a good trade for the Sixers, Artest could also play 4 positions and as well guard 4 positions. Sixers would indeed make there defense better.
Okay, this is not the trade rumor forum....I was asking this question about my fantasy team. The only problem is that right now Korver is playing great. Hit 3-5 treys on a nightly basis in 7 or 8 attempts. I'll probably end up doing the trade, but I regret giving up Korver. Feel free to keep giving advice though.
Is Rush on waivers? He'd be a decent replacement if he is. He was out for about 5 games until last night, so an owner of your league might have dropped him, if course, he was not on waivers.
