They shouldnt complain becasue if the entire game was officiated fairly they wouldnt have even had the opportunity to win on the last possession, Warriors would have already been winning by a decent margin. Either way, Dirk should have known that refs give alot of no-calls in late game situations and he should have altered his shot. Warriors are 2-0 in the Ike era. It seems to be working very well with the Warriors gunning from the beggining of the game. With Ike in there the defense cant collapse on penetrating guards which creates easy shots for the guards and Ike. Foyle started off slow again today with (IIRC) 1 rebound, 1 steal, and 1 block in the first half but again he was the closer tonight and came up with several key blocks down the stretch. Ike seems to be already showing improvement with less rookie mistakes and nice defense on Damp. He also dished some nice passes to Murphy and J-Rich. I also wanted to say that Baron should have the ball in every situation where there is only a few seconds left on the clock (unless Baron has been cold all night or some other circumstance where he wouldnt be our best option). J-Rich has hit some clutch shots but I trust Baron more with the ball to create his own shot or create a nice shot for someone else.
I don't know. There certainly was a contact and I wouldn't be surprised if there was a foul call. After all, it was their home game and calls usually goes to superstar. But, Foyle was rising straight up and Dirk was jumping toward Foyle. Also, Foyle has a reputation to swat dunk attempts, he already blocked two shots clean, the foul wasn't obvious, and refs try to avoid deciding the game by whistle at the end. Dirk tried to get a contact, but Foyle did excellent job blocking the job while not getting the call...

As I said, Warriors were robbed a few times too though. Two plays I can think of off the top of my head are when Baron got fouled and threw up a layup and Damp pinned it against the backboard but didnt get the goaltending call for the 3 point play and the Foyle blocked shot on Stack that was a foul. I'm not complaining though as long as we got the W.
Diogu is getting comfortable more and more and pick up less silly fouls. He still is a foul prone, but he is getting better game by game. His defense and rebounding still has long way to go, but I hope those improves as he gets mature. Who would have thought that Foyle would have made key plays after he was benched? Foyle was benched because he couldn't impact defensively, but after he was benched, he suddenly turned into the player we all expected him to be. Stay in reserve and be effective. Man, where did Richardson learn to shoot like that? Sometimes, it amazes me how he can drain shots after shots. Also, he improved his dribble and defense. Now, if he can dribble like Davis or Kobe and hit ft to at least 75%, he will be a superstar. Since 12/14, Davis shot 46% from the field, including 40% from 3 pts line. Seems like his hammy is pretty much healed...

Wow biggest win of the year, no doubt. Great to see the Warriors fight back down late and then hit big shots. Thank you Adonal and Baron. Keep it going.
Wow great game! This win should definitely help strengthen the team! The most memorable moments of the game were Ike Diogu's energy, Jason Richardson and Baron Davis' clutchness. There were shots that had to go down and they went down. It's great having all these clutch players. Fisher the other night, and now Richardson and Davis. Now we face a Yao-less Rockets Saturday at 4pm which is today.
