anyone think he'd be a good fit at sg for us? would he turn into a chucker and just hoist up tons of 3's? what do you guys think?
I don't want him. I also don't want to help the Knicks in a trade. Who are we gonna trade that the Knicks want? I rather have Rose and his soon to be expired contract (2007) than Q and the reminaing 5 years in his contract. I really just don't want to make a trade unless we get a legit C, which likely won't happen, or young swingman who's in his rookie contract + expiring contract for Rose. We're going to get a 2/3 in the draft this year (I pray), so no. I like the direction we're going in with this squad.
I wouldn't want him either. He can't do much other than shoot spot up threes and he completely disappeared last year in the playoffs for the Suns. We already have MoPete here that does the same things as QRich and QRich is highly overpaid to boot. I don't want us to take on any large, long term contracts at this point. I just want us to build through the draft and develop our young talent. When the time comes when we are ready to compete for a playoff spot (which will probably coincide with Rose's contract expiring) then we can sign someone good.
Mo Pete is a left handed, better defensive, smarter version of Q-Rich. Q's my boy, but why do you need Q when Mo does universally all the things that Q would do?

Both have their deficits and advantages, so swapping them for each other is moot.
