MIKE JON...JAMES! <--- Check out the grill. Anyways congrats to James. He did a heck of a job last week and had an amazing game against the Nets. Other than the usual suspects(superstars) he is most def. my favorite role player behind Iguodala. I would absolutely LOVE to have him in Philly. Anyone up for a Kevin Ollie for Mikes James trade?

He's not the distributor Ollie is and with Iverson out of the game or at the two, you should have a pass-first guy at the one. As for James, he's been instrumental in the Raps recent win streak, and I think has averaged something like 25ppg over the past six games. I think we can count on another big performance tonight.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Subplot 6: And just when did Raptors' guard James become a star? Already Miami, Detroit, Boston, Milwaukee and Houston have given up on him, and he's just in his fifth season. But point guards who can score at James' rate -- he's shooting .440 on 3s -- and defend are not easy to find, which makes his journeyman status more puzzling. All I know is this: When the Raptors need a basket, they often go to James, and he delivers, as he did several times on Sunday, with his behind-the-head, Tim Hardaway-style jumper.</div> I think Mike James is playing awesome for us. He has gone from a journeyman point to our own Chauncy Billups Jr. Ok I guess he can't be Chauncy Jr., because he is older than Chauncy, but he can hit deep clutch 3s like no tomorrow. Can a guy like Mike James make a run at Most Improved Player? I bet no one would expect it from a guy like him, and he has been really consistent and big for the Raps. Maybe if Raptors make playoffs he could win it?
