Have to hand it to the Pacers, their defense is tough tonight. Smush is 1 for 6 and Odom is 3 for 8. We're only shooting 37.8% in the game right now, but the Lakers are only down by 2 points. The Pacers are dominating us at the free throw line 17 attempts v. 10 attempts, Jermaine O'neal is abusing us on the inside. Both Mihm and Kwame have 3 fouls already. 4 minutes left in the half, we have Andrew Bynum substitution. He's come in and scored on a sweet hook shot. He just made a 6 footer plus the foul. UPDATE: Andrew Bynum has been the spark off the bench and the Lakers lead by 2 at the half 47-45. Bynum came in the game with 4 minutes left in the half scored 6 points and secured 3 boards. Kobe Bryant leads the team in scoring with 20 on 7 for 15 shooting. He's also shutdown SJax holding him to 3 points on just 1 of 5 shooting. Kwame Brown was playing pretty well, but got his 3rd foul. He has 5 points and 6 rebounds so far in just 16 minutes. The Laker bigs need to stay out of foul trouble the rest of the way and the Lakers should be able to lock up this victory.

Why would you go in another teams forum and post something like that. it is also completely out of line considering the Lakers just got done beating us a few days ago, and Kobe has lead them to a better record than the 76ers.
hunt for your info Kobe is 7 of 15....don't come in here and hate...this is a game thread not one for people to come bash Kobe...with his team missing alot of their shots he has managed 4 assists to go along with his 7 rebounds....Kobe is doing fine, but his performance tonight does not deserve bashing

Mihm picked up his 4th foul already, hopefully this means more Bynum time tonight, they need him in there. Lamar Odom is the weak link again tonight. He's 3 for 10 and just had a stupid offensive foul. Both teams are just bombing and missing from behind the arc, the last 5 shots in the game have been 3 pointers.
I think Bynum wouldnt be too bad guarding JO....I mean yeah he is a rookie, but he has got the timing and length to be able to guard him...if not block his shots, at LEAST change JO's shots...I hope Bynum gets back in

I think the Lakers should play Mihm until he fouls out and then get Bynum more minutes in the middle of the 4th. The Lakers are not getting Kwame the ball despite him fighting for some great position inside. Hopefully the coaching staff starts getting into their ears about that. Kobe just picked up a technical (I'm not sure why), but he's gone a bit cold in the quarter. Lakers just need to close out this quarter strong and build on that 2 point lead from halftime.
thanks for explaining everything to me...i live in Irvine so I can watch it, but my stepmom is banning me from the TV for this month...with Finals coming at the end of this month followed by my SAT....Gamechannel for Yahoo is what I'm living off of right now..lol and about hunt...he had it coming...I tried to warn him... is JO guarding Kwame? if he is and Kwame is getting position on him then I say we feed it to him and let him try to draw fouls on JO....and I noticed Kobe hit a dry spell....I hope Lamar can step it up...he did just have a dunk if I'm not mistaken.... question...wheres Von Wafer...I think he can beat Anthony Johnson off the dribble and get in the lane...I don't see why he aint in....
Scary lineup to start the 4th with Kobe, Sasha, Luke, Mihm, and George on the floor. Miraculously we have a 6-0 run to start the quarter and regained the lead.
yeah I saw the lineup then I checked the scoreboard...then I double checked just to be sure, but its looking good so far...hope they keep it up
