It sucks watching refs essentially *give* the home team the win. Congrats denver, your investments must have paid off. Fouls being called where none happened, no calls where they should and bull blocking fouls that were obviously offensive fouls. Oh and deciding to change what was legitimately a 3 pointer into a 2 pointer, very classy. Bad refereeing ruins the game.
That's a cheap cop out. Every single time Phoenix lose a close game their fans have a cry and blame the refs. Denver came out on top in what was an awesome game. All props go to them. Suck it up dude.

Refereeing is pretty ordinary, i just get pissed when people always blame it for their team losing. It seems to be very common amongst Phoenix fans.
We had our share in some poor plays here and there. But there were some seriously bad calls in the closing seconds of the last, er, 4 quarters. If you don't think that doesn't affect the game.. then I dunno what to say. It's sort of like the 2004 presidential election. I'm just as mad about the appearance of shenanigans (or in this case, ineptitude) as I am about the actual outcome. It's that doubt in the fidelity of the control that can ruin a game. Or, to wax poetic; Doubt casts a long and dark shadow, obscuring any good elements of a thing.
I understand your pain and anger (i feel it often being a Grizz fan), just don't see a point in blaming refs for losses. Good luck for the rest of the year.

Stung for a while.</div> Yeah, the suns lost a triple OT game to the Knicks just a few games back, that was a real heart breaker too. When the games go on that long the tensions gets drawn out to the point of being painful. I can only imagine how it is for the players to deal with, on top of the physical demands of playing all those extra minutes.

I blame the suns for careless fouling early in those games that lead to being shorthanded down the stretch. However that's the game you win some you lose some. To me every lose stings in its own unique way. However, I have never once blamed the refs for a games outcome! sure they make bad calls sometimes, but more often than not they make the correct calls. Jerry West I take offense to your acqusations, each person is entitled to their own opinion, but please don't generalize your opinion of one as an opinion for the whole.
Im a Suns fan but i have to disagree with u unbeliever. Refs do make bad calls sometimes but the players are the ones who control the game. The players are the ones who decide who wins the game. The refs can't pick or vote on who wins. It's the players decision who wins, by which team plays the best.

Free two points toward the end of a close game. Luckily it didn't matter, but it easily could have. There really needs to be one or two coach's reviews, at the very least in the playoffs. I'll say it again though, I'm not blaming the refs for the loss really, I'm blaming them for my frustration and for "tainting" a game with bad calls.

I agree, all props should go to the team who shows up to play hard and go all out, but you can't say <u><font color=""Purple"">ALL</font></u> Phoenix fans are that way just b/c one fan posted this...nice try tho.

I was frustrated with the Suns for not pulling out the win. I was frustrated with the Refs because the bad calls soured the overall game. Those are two different things.
