<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Last time the Philadelphia 76ers saw him, Milt Palacio was making a huge late-game play. Over the course of the week-and-a-half since he kept the ball from going where it should for the Sixers on New Year's Eve, Palacio has been busy proving that the night he kept Allen Iverson from breaking him down 1-on-1 was no fluke. It's Saturday night at Detroit, and there is Palacio, first knocking down a final-minute jumper, then driving the lane on Rasheed Wallace after a pick-and-roll switch for a layup that preserved the Jazz's second win of the season over the NBA-leading Pistons. It's Monday night in Washington, and there is Palacio again, this time using an Andrei Kirilenko screen to drive by Gilbert Arenas for a layup with just more than two minutes to go in what at the time was just an eight-point game. He then merely makes another last-minute jumper and hits 3-of-4 free throws down the stretch as the Northwest Division-leading Jazz beat the Wizards, improve to 18-17, go above .500 for the first time in two months and win for the seventh time in their last eight outings. All this from a veteran journeyman guard who is the Jazz's third point off the bench behind starter Keith McLeod and highly heralded rookie backup Deron Williams. "I'm starting to relish the crunchtime," said Palacio, who along with the Jazz end a four-game Eastern road swing tonight against Iverson and the 76ers. "That's where you can start to weed out the men from the boys," he added. "I mean, if you can't play under pressure . . . you're going to crack." Rather than crack, Palacio is proving to be the Jazz's euphoric drug of choice these days. Coach Jerry Sloan turns to him, and lately he just can't stop.</div> <div align="center">Source</div>
I am very impreased with Milt. I watched him in the Clippers game today and he plays the game in a smooth manner. I love watching him attack the hole, he will pound and pound and pound at you. He will not back down, him and Tony Parker have something in common----love to drive to the hole and both of them are very succesfull at it.
