well all u people who said the Jets are finished for the season after Week 1 are lookin pretty dumb. The Jets defense was dominate today only lettin up about 100+ total yards to a team that had about 450 total yards the week before. Pennington didnt do too bad, hes still got work to do but its week 2. So guess what now every team in the division is 1-1. everyones in 1st. And despite the bad loss to the Chiefs i'd rather lose to them and beat the Phins than lose to the Phins and beat hte Chiefs. The Jets defense will always keep them in games and i doubt that anythin like that week 1 fiasco will happen again. They have a tough scheduele ahead but i think they can win most. We shut down the Dolphins in a must win game, and i'm happy [IMG] yay. So suck on that Bills (tko), Pats and Dolphins fans.

I knew the Jets were going to bounce back from that embarrassment the week before. Jets are a decent team, and they showed that today. I think they'll do well this season.

Okay, J-E-T-S, you might want to consider making a public apology to DolfanDale for the "suck on that" comment. I never said the Jets were done. In fact, I stuck up for the team.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (DolfanDale)</div><div class='quotemain'>I want to see more than one game before we stick a fork in the Jets. Chad Pennington didn't do anything to silence the talk about his shoulder though.</div>

The only thing I said was that I was worried about Chad Pennington's shoulder after seeing some of the passes he threw against the Chiefs. Then, I even defended him.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (DolfanDale)</div><div class='quotemain'>My major concern with Pennington is his shoulder. It doesn't look like it's healed properly and he's underthrowing passes. Pennington is a sharp kid. I just hope people don't start questioning his heart because his shoulder isn't functioning properly.</div>

I have an old saying for you. "Let a sleeping dog lie especially if he has big teeth, a long memory and a mean streak a mile wide." Now, did you really mean to tell DolfanDale to "suck on it?"

Someone said (who I can't recall) to stick a fork in the jets as they were done after losing to KC.

I said that if they lost to Miami then we could break out the cutlery. Do a seach on cutlery w/ me as the author if you think I'm lying.

I had a feeling they were going to lose. Miami rarely plays well in the meadowlands. I am just glad that particular road game is in the books.
