Why did you have to have those bad feelings about Odom tonight K8B? [IMG]

He's been in foul trouble all game long and the Lakers defense hasn't shown up all night. The Lakers are down 58 to 59 at the half. Both teams are shooting over 50% in the game so far and Juan Dixon is torching us. He's hit on 7 of 8 and has 20 points already.

Kobe has 23 already, on pace for another 45.

Defense needs to step up so we can blow this team away and rest some our starters for the upcoming Cavs and Heat showdown.

Kobe needs 10 more points to hit 45, with 5:38 to go. Its possible still, keep the streak alive! [IMG]

Well he needs to quit trying to get back in the game by shooting 3's at this point. Down by 9 with under 3 minutes left, the Lakers need to start getting to the line and stopping the clock.

Our defense and rebounding was pathetic all night long. The Blazers have had so many second chance opportunities in this game.

This game is just about over. Down by 9 still and under a minute left. The Lakers completely overlooked this team tonight and it bit them in the butt. They forget to do the two things that's been helping them win games, DEFENSE & REBOUNDING.

I hope the performance put in by the frontline the last two games, shows Mitch and the coaching staff that Turiaf is badly needed on this team, and Bynum needs more minutes. Giving up 110 points to the Blazers is embarrassing.

Kobe missed too many shots, he should of driven in more. We gotta give our all against Cleveland tomorrow.

Blame me, everyone! Odom was having a good game, just foul trouble!

I don't know why Kwame barely played in the second half, we could of used his big body on Randolph.

Their guards killed us. Blake, who averages 7 a game, had 19. Dixon who averages just below 12 a game, had 27. Ruben Patterson, who averages 10, had 20 I believe.

Kobe was nice in the first half, the reason he was 13-29 was because he was just jacking shots up LIKE THE REST OF THE LAKERS in the fourth quarter.

Ugly game. Only excuse I can think of is that we looked past Portland, to Cleveland.

Disgusting game by the Lakers. Played absolutely no interior defense, and kept settling for outside shots on the offensive end. Early on the Lakers were able to at least stay close within, but the Blazers made an adjustment on their interior D and the Lakers started settling for outside shots. Very disappointing game tonight, the Blazers really exploited our poor interior defense. I still don't get why Jackson took out Kwame for so long, his defense wasn't great either but it was definitely better than what Luke gave us. In a game like this Jackson should have given Bynum some burn. The Lakers were in foul trouble early on and I would have liked to have seen what he could have done in those defensive situations. After this game a lot of adjustments must be made inside, because you know LeBron and the Cavs will be aware of our weak interior D tomorrow night.

I really thought the Lakers would get this game no problem. Kept looking at the score and hoping the scores just were shown in reverse. Noo, [IMG]

What a disappointing game, I was hoping to play Cleveland riding on a 4 game winning streak.

Kobe was 3-13 from 3 point land, UNACCEPTABLE.

Kobe bro, you know I got nothin' but love, but you gotta drop the 3 point shot, I was lovin how he was takin the ball to the hole for a lot of his shots.

13 of his 29 shots from 3 point area is unacceptable, I wish he would start shooting better shots, that's his only flaw in his game, granted he does go on crazy streaks where he makes 7/7 or 7/15, but 3/13 is not going to cut it.

    Disappointing game, especially defensively.
