About time he has had enough he should go to a team where he could make the playoffs.

I see a nice fine headin his way...

Let me just throw it out there before anyone else, since L.A. is "involved" with every trade...why doesn't L.A. try !?!?!

He's already suspended indefinitly by the team due to a "Conduct Determinal To Team".

$20 says they'll be a rumour that has Francis landing in NY.

Let the Slava Medvedenko and Luke Walton + a 2nd round 2015 pick for Steve Francis rumor begin.

Well, what do we know? We know Francis hates structured, disciplined teams so its unlikely he'll go to a contender..we know he wants to be the man and to be the face of the franchise...if he is traded, I see him going somewhere like Atlanta, Toronto, maybe even Seattle...

He better not go to LA. Ballhogging (especially for a PG), illoyal bastard.

PJax cannot stand Steve Francis, he won't be mentioned in any rumors heading to the Lakers.

Francis is damaged goods and his contract makes close to impossible to deal him. He made a huge mistake wanting out of Houston. I know Denver was interested in him at one point, and I could see him fitting well in Minnesota because they have a big PG in Jaric. With his baggage and his contract, the Magic are going to have a tough time finding the right deal for Francis. I love his talent and skillset, but there's some issues Francis needs to clean up so he can get his career back on track.

Last I recalled he loved Houston he even tried to say he would not report to Orlando to begin with, because of the love he had for the city of Houston. As far as where he might end up I will name the usual cities that are involved in almost every rumor Los Angeles and New York. Outside of that I could see a lot of teams taking a look at Francis I mean is Francis any worse than Artest? If Artest generated as much interest as he did when he was put on the market, 16 teams at least according to Indiana called, I could see a team who is one piece away from becoming an above average team, or contender taking a risk on him. Francis is still one of my favorite players in the league, but he never really looked at home in Orlando from the moment the Mobley trade went down.

I can almost guarentee you that won't be happening, unless we get Howard coming our way too and we don't give up Bosh, which is boviously an impossibility.

I see Zeke trying to trade for him. Hopefully Brown prevents it from happening.

Wow what a surprise. [IMG] I figured he would love to stay in Orlando after he's been suspended. Well Magic screwed up in suspending him because now everyone knows we are desperate to get rid of him, so no one will give us a reasonable offer for him. If we tried trading him while he was still playing, then I could see us getting a halfway reasonable offer. Honestly I'm not going to be surprised when I see someone like Doug Christie heading back to the Magic for Steve Francis. I have a horrible feeling that we are gonna get royally raped in this trade.

The real question is what teams could possibly have interest in taking the risk on Steve Francis?

It doesn't make sense for NY, NJ, Toronto, Detroit, Milwaukee, Chicago, Miami, Washington, Charlotte, Utah, Portland, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Antonio, Dallas, Memphis, and NOK. So it doesn't make sense for 17 teams in my opinion, Orlando is the team doing the trading, so 12 teams might make sense trading for Francis.

I'm getting really sick of players "demanding" trades... I wish Orlando would do what Indiana is with Artest, sit his ass down and wait until you can get the most value
