Dooling was restrained in time. Allen received a 3-game suspension.</div> http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives..._out_for_three/
No surprise there. So now we got 0 backcourt depth for the next 5 games. At least we get to see Travis Diener now.
Thats bad! Not only Orlando is going to lose Francis, there losing Dooling! I want to see who the PG is going to be..

(And I still don't think Deshawn Stevenson is more thaqn serviceable at best as a 2 guard.)
Dooling probably would have only gotten three games like Allen, had he not chased after him after the whole thing was over.
I think it will be a very interesting five games for us. We will have to rely on our young talent to come through for us (Jameer, Stevenson and Diener). We will get to examine Diener and see how he performs when he recieves a larger portion of minutes. I guess if any good comes out of these last couple of days, it's the fact that our team will get a chance to move the franchise into a new direction, focusing on the future.

He slashes when we need him to, but we don't really want to look for him on offense when we got Francis, Jameer, Hill, Hedo, and Dwight in the game. He's still very raw on offense, but he's getting much better. Jameer is playing well, but my only complaint is our offense doesn't seem to flow with him in yet. I know it will take time for him to get in, but it seems like there's no ball movement and Jameer normally takes the shot.(he makes it so i'm not complaining, but that forces our players to just stand around on offense)
Gators, your right about the Jameer not being able to initiate the offense but I'm pretty sure that'll come, I can't tell until I see the boxes but he racks up assists even so. No matter what the situation, even though we're losing I feel like the magic have a lot of potential. I know Jameer and dwight or the future and Deshawn's not bad but I still think it's possible to do better. Hedo doesn't play D and we have no Legit Center. Even despite these faults for the first time in a long time I feel good about the magic, I think if you give them tie to mesh and for coach hill to work with them It'll work. I hope we get something good for Francis if we trade him.
Penalty is just about right. The more Jameer gets to play the 1 the better your ball club will be in the longterm.

Jameer and Dwight are our future, we got valuable role players such as Stevenson-our defensive stopper, Hedo-long range shooter, Battie and Cato both are servicable centers. Honestly I've been impressed with Battie for the most part this year. I really don't think we get anything that good for Francis. Everyone knows we want to dump him so they will lowball us and get something in return. It will likely be similar to the Vince Carter or Baron Davis trades of last year. Either role players and a 1st rounder or expiring contracts.
