<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Steve Francis was suspended for refusing to re-enter Wednesday's game during "garbage time," and it's pretty clear the root of all of his problems start and end with Jameeracle Nelson. Stevie's downfall started on December 30, when Nelson played the entire fourth quarter and Francis sat and watched. Instead of sucking it up and acting like a veteran and a leader, Francis went into shutdown mode (a la Vince in Toronto last year), and pouted his way through the next two weeks until he was finally suspended. He's absolutely killing fantasy teams right now, and has been about half the player we thought he would be this year. When you consider the fact he was taken around the same time Elton Brand was in most drafts, it's just really disheartening. I think it's safe to say I won't own Francis again. My buddy Zach sent me an email telling me he just traded Francis for Jameeracle in his fantasy league. I guess my question is, how? Francis is going to get most of this worked out and come back and play for the Magic, but I'd much rather own Nelson going forward.</div> http://msn.foxsports.com/fantasy/story/5244688 Jameer has a nickname! Now we have Jameeracle and the Daily Double! Our two future stars now have nicknames and I think it's about time. They have each performed well and are important players for us. It also helps that they are willing to play during garbage time. BTW, I posted this incase some Magic fans want a break from all of this drama surrounding our organization right now. Even with all this madness it will be a Jameeracle if we get some publicity.
Jameer can get to the basket whenever he feels like it. He needs to pass the ball more though get the offense going, get in a flow.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Iguodala:</div><div class="quote_post">I rather have Jameer Nelson start.. instead of Francis</div> Yeah me also, I want to somehow trade Francis for Pierce and start Nelson at the point.
You guys are getting a little too carried away. Sure he had good stats against the Kings, 29 and 9, but he also gave up 42 pts to Mike Bibby in a 4 pt loss. He's also taken the most shots on our team the last 2 nights. I dont' like that, he needs to set up our offense rather than worry about his shot. Not that Francis was much better, but I still think it's a little too early to give the reins of the team to Jameer. PG is the hardest position to transition over from the college or high school levels.
