The official website chose to rank us as the worst team in the NBA, mostly becouse a five straight losing streak including one at Charlotte to the Bobcats. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting NBA.com:</div><div class="quote_post">Let the T-Mac count continue: The Rockets are 0-12 in games without their All-Star swingman. He's a game-time decision tonight vs. Dallas.</div> <a href="http://www.nba.com/features/power_rankings.html" target="_blank">http://www.nba.com/features/power_rankings.html</a> Tonight it's the 3rd vs. the 30th... i'm hopeless.
Power rankings rank a team's performance over the last week, so I'm not surprised, considering the fact that we're the only team without a win in the last few games. We know we're better, but right now we are playing like the worst in the league.
I think we gonna occupy this ranking for a while till our best players get back. But I think we still should make some effort before that. It's shame to be ranked like that.
Damn its hurts to see the Rockets this way..I entered the season with so much hope and this is what happens..sigh. Should we trade for somebody or should we just draft a top pick?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Eduardo:</div><div class="quote_post">Should we trade for somebody or should we just draft a top pick?</div> First, i think our situation isn't so bad, it's just natural for a team who lost the best two players for a long time... Take the Sixers without AI and C-Webb... the Heat without Flash the Shaq... Take any team! even the Pistons, they will be in the same situation like us now. I don't think we should trade players right now... we still have Tmac the Yao on the bench, if i should consider a trade for this team, it would be for a top draft pick from Charlotte, Atlanta, Toronto, or Portland, a team that has the needed cap space...
