<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">DENVER - There was another in a series of subtle hints and clues that Carlos Boozer might play basketball soon Saturday, but this one was a pretty tough to miss: Boozer himself. For the first time since November, Boozer made an appearance at a Jazz road game, sitting in a suit behind the Jazz's bench. "It means I'm getting a lot better. I'm getting close" to a return, the Jazz's power forward said. "I like being around the guys. I missed the guys, that's one of the biggest reasons I came." Jazz coach Jerry Sloan said he also liked having Boozer with the team, figuring that he's got some catching up to do. "He can hear what the coaches are saying, be in the locker room, get a little bit of an idea about some of the things we've tinkered with since he's been out," Sloan said. "He's an intelligent guy. It won't take him long. But this puts him in more of a comfort zone." Boozer, who has missed the entire season with a strained left hamstring, last played for the Jazz on Feb. 14. He intends to return to practice "hopefully soon," he said, but won't know how much practice he will need before returning to action until he actually gets out there. Still, traveling on road trips is an unmistakable sign of progress, Sloan agreed. "Hopefully it won't be as big an adjustment as if he had stayed away completely," Sloan said. "We just have to keep our fingers crossed now." </div> Source Even I could of told you this, we play our 2nd game with Cleveland today, so it was a guaranteed thing
A hamstring injury that takes almost 5 months to heal. Anybody besides me think that either Boozer is not physically fit or is trying to avoid Cleveland for the rest of his career?

Through 40 games, the Jazz are 28th in the league at PPG with 90.02 and FG% with 43%. Boozer averaged 17.8 PPG last season, with a FG% of 52%. The Jazz could use some of that.
Good, Boozer is a very good player. He will be able to help the Jazz out quite a bit. Ohh man just imagine the Jazz's big men, AK-47 (been playing great lately and is very underrated), Mehmet Okur (could make is first All-Star appearnce this season), Carlos Boozer! Man thats what you call a good set of big men right there fellas. Once Boozer gets back, the Jazz have a chance of making the play-offs.
