When you say great, is that sarcastic or truth?

Well first of all that was very hard fought game by the 76er. If they would have played a similar game in the first hlaf they might have won by double digits. The second half was all-AI. He basically took the game over, and brought the 76ers back in the end. It came down to who could capitalize, and the 76ers just out played the TimberWolves at the end. I'm impressed with Philly's ability to make critical plays. With the Boston game, the Grizzlies game, the Nuggets game, and now this, I am confident when the game is on the line. Webber has made clutch plays, Korver has made clutch shots, Iguodala had a great one today, and you know AI is clutch. They also made some good stops at the end of the game, as well. Webber made a great play to steal the ball and get it to Dre who had the jam. There was a horrible missed foul call, but Chris even got the missed shot and tipped it back in even though Dalembert erased the bucket with offensive goal tending.

I actually like the grind it out type games the 76ers have had aginast Memphis and the T-Wolves. As long as they can do it efficiently, then they'll be better off than the shoout out style Sixers.

What really concerns me is the 76ers defense. They were giving up way to many easy point to the Timberwolves who aren't even known for penetrating. They aren't helping each other out on defense, and they all look lazy. Besides a few forced turnovers and blocked shots, the 76ers still have work to do on the defensive end.

I hope this can be the turning point of the 76ers mediocre season so far. They have faught hard these last two games, so that shows they are not giving up on themselves. We as fans, should not give up on them either.

    Go Sixers!

The defense is improving, thankfully, but we all have to remember we're not going to be as dominant as the Pistons' defense is. We'll be an average defensive team at best (middle of the pack), and even those changes won't come overnight.

Great game. AI was amzing in the 2nd half. Webber who SUCKED all game came up HUGE for us in the end with the Three ball. Amazing game. The Sixers sent a message to everybody in the Eastern Conference today on National TV.
