<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Now it all makes sense. Now I understand why Allen Iverson told Philly reporters after Monday's embarrassing 28-point loss to Washington that he was unsure of his role with the 76ers.

A league source told me Chris Webber went off in the Sixers' locker room after the demolition by the Wizards. Frustrated by the team's mediocrity, Webber yelled at coaches and players alike while saying, in essence, he never gets the ball.

I'm not sure if he named Iverson directly, but I'm told it was clear he was calling out A.I., who dominates the rock and is averaging a whopping 25.8 shots a game, second only to King Kobe.

Apparently, the episode made Iverson wonder if he's leading the Sixers correctly. Why else would he question his role, which has been to hoist and hoist and hoist since he set foot in Philly 10 years ago?</div>

Yup, I can't find a single good and positive article on the Sixers.

Well they seem to have gotten it together lately and have won two in a row. They also have a favorable schedule this upcoming week so I wouldn't surprised to see them go on a tear. I really could care less what the media is saying about the team like Chris Webber said “I’m a 76ers now, and we are going to turn this around, if you don’t believe that just don’t love us.”

That is the media's job, and since it involves Allen, of course they will blow things out of proportion. I mean, where were these guys earlier in the season when we were hot? Webber is not flourishing in Philadelphia? Please... the man is averaging 20-10 on one leg. He's not meshing with Allen? Uh, I guess being the top scoring duo in the league means your not meshing. The reason why we are losing is defense! If we had played to our potential this entire season, we would have won 25 games by now.

Jim Rome is the guy the media put sin charge of making a big deal out of nothing. Anyone see his show today he went off on the 76ers and Allen Iverson. That guy has to be the most annoying guy in the media today.
